Refund policy

As a small business that hand makes to order we currently do not do refunds or returns unless item is faulty incorrect or not as described. You can ask to swap sizes but we don't have to accept

you can change size or colour, or shipping address as long as it has not been dispatched, please contact for assitance on size questions or see size chart in listing photos

you can ask to swap sizes but we are not obligated to accept , you can contact us at jas@jas-apparel.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
